Job Summary
This position will assist our JLL Securities and Equity Placement businesses. As a Summer Intern in JLL Securities, you will: Research institutional investors including pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowments, foundations, etc. Review and summarize equity placement transactions marketed by the firm. Support distribution efforts by prospecting for investor personnel and their contact information. Contribute to the organization of JLL Securities' investor database. Assist in the design and preparation of marketing materials. Other duties as assigned. Program Details Internship Dates: June 2nd, 2025 - August 8th, 2025 Location: Los Angeles, CA Desired Skills and Experience Current college/university junior or senior, graduating in 2025 or 2026 Demonstrated interest and knowledge of real estate and/or finance. Strong analytical and writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a fast paced, high-energy environment. Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude. Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program. Permanent US work authorization required.
