You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive analysis, interpreting data trends, and proactively identifying areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic aspects of data analysis and thrives on delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Insights: Generate reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and sales cycle length.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve GTM team performance, efficiency, and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods to forecast trends and predict potential outcomes for GTM activities, supporting better decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align insights with strategic initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide real-time insights to GTM leadership on key metrics, targets, and outcomes.
  • Innovative Ideas: Proactively generate new ideas for improving GTM processes and performance, leveraging a deep understanding of GTM operations and challenges.
  • Optimization of GTM Systems: Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity and streamline the integration of GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot) for seamless reporting and analysis.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific GTM initiatives, business questions, or opportunities.
  • Data Governance: Ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and accessible to relevant stakeholders while adhering to data governance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Analytical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • GTM Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and their data structures.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to independently identify areas of inefficiency and propose data-driven solutions to improve GTM performance.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for clean data and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to align insights with business strategies.

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced Data Modeling: Experience with predictive analytics, AI/ML techniques, and statistical modeling to provide deeper insights into GTM performance.
  • GTM Metrics: Deep understanding of key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, ARR tracking, sales efficiency, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
