How you'll make an impact

  • Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 environments.

  • Maintain user access and manage license distribution.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement functional improvements.

  • Deliver training and support for users and power users.

  • Lead user engagement meetings and feedback sessions.

  • Serve as third-tier support alongside IS/IT and application vendors.

  • Maintain technical documentation and system integrity.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil design, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM methodology.

  • Proficiency in ACC modules like Docs, Build, Design Collaboration, and Insight.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dynamo.

  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and model coordination.

  • Experience working in a multinational organization.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
