Summary/Objective: The Leave of Absence Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and administering Team Member leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Team Members and managers at all levels. Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
