Rail Practice Group (RPG) - Lease Manager
POSITION BRIEF
This individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients and reports directly to the Vice President - Leases. This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for managing projects in an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their projects in a manner that is consistent with the client's goals.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of projects within an assigned geographic territory:
Manage Leases within assigned client territory
Manage A/R within assigned territory
Terminate leases as needed, and coordinate with other departments as required
Assemble all agreement execution packages and present to client for execution
Meet or exceed all goals and objectives within assigned geographic territory
Prepare bi-weekly reports regarding the current status of pending projects
Draft all Agreements in assigned territory
Coordinate all redline reviews both internally and externally and revise agreements accordingly
Serve as an information resource for the client - conduct research, compile data and perform special projects
Consistently provide the highest quality service
Update and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databases/Sales Force
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client's internal departments
Travel within assigned territory as necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Related bachelor's degree
5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background
Three+ years direct railroad and/or right of way real estate experience
Valid real estate license
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Sales Force
