Job Summary As part of the Human Resources team, the Leave Administrator (LA) will report to the Associate Director, Human Resources and work closely with HR Specialists, HR Coordinators and Getty's in-house employment counsel. The LA will manage all aspects of the employee leave of absence processes, including the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California state-specific leaves, and other company-specific leave policies, in addition to coordinating with Getty's Risk/Insurance department on workers' compensation leaves. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all government and state regulations and laws, outstanding communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The LA will administer the entire leave of absence process for employees, gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This role involves coordinating with employees, supervisors and management to facilitate leaves of absence, including medical leave, family leave, accommodations and other types of leave. The LA ensures accurate record-keeping and provides support and guidance to employees throughout the leave process. Major Job Responsibilities
Administer and process all employee leave of absence requests, including FMLA, ADA, disability, military leave, personal leave, and other types of leave.
