This role is primarily responsible for educating and partnering with producers in Eastern WA and Northern/Central ID in order to grow HMA's book of business. Your role is to demonstrate knowledge and expertise regarding self-insured funding options. You will develop producer relationships and strategically manage your territory, selling exclusively through the broker/producer distribution channel, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure our clients' satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond. You must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire to sell insurance (health, life, and /or disability) in WA and UT. Prior to receiving a license, staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities and will not be eligible for sales incentive compensation. What YOU will do:

Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $109,000 - $144,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
