Overview: Senior Clinical Director, Community Based Services
The position requires an individual with a blend of clinical, administrative, and leadership skills. TheSeniorDirectorof Community Based Services will be responsible for oversight, ongoing development, and expansion of our community-based programs with an emphasis on individuals accessing services in community-based programs, client engagement and positive outcomes, and staff development and outcomes. Our philosophy is to find creative ways to help people in the least restrictive living environment possible.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Clinical oversight of agency services and programs that impact individuals seeking help at Heritage including, yet not limited to, Community Support, Assertive Community Treatment, Community Transitions (Williams), Housing First, Homeless Prevention, Community Housing, Supportive Housing, and Recovery Supports. Create a sustainable plan for staff development and staff well-being based on the agency's mission and future goals Partner with existing leaders to develop and sustain a leadership team dedicated to clinical excellence and creative clinical approaches within a trauma-informed philosophy Provide support, supervision, and program planning with clinicaldirectors Serve as both the administrative and clinical expert on the following: person-served engagement, access to care, illness management and recovery, quality of care, contract compliance for clinical outcomes, and use of data-driven outcomes for clients and staff in measuring performance Develop and maintain grants that fall within their clinical continuum In collaboration with program leaders, develop systems for new and existing programs that include the following: clinical case reviews, clinical record development, data tracking, and program start-ups Achieve performance measures based on the quarterly reports, plans of improvement, and/or training budget(s) that may accompany their programs Participate and represent Heritage in state-wide efforts to improve behavioral healthcare Identify agency and community-wide gaps in behavioral healthcare and propose sustainable solutions to the identified gaps Accountability to executive team on the outcomes of programs in assigned continuum of care
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate creativity and innovation, especially as it relates to staff development and enhancing the experiences of individuals seeking help Ability to identify solutions, collaborate with team(s) and leader(s), and operationalize from grant application to successful outcomes of the project Demonstrate and model the behaviors expected of your teams while gaining hands on experience in each role you supervise Ability to manage multiple projects of equal priority concurrently Takes initiative to strengthen services through evidence-based and trauma-informed practices Maintains and promotes the philosophy that anyone will be able to access services at any time and any where Well-versed in Rule 132/140, SUPR 2060/ 2090, and the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model of care
Education and Experience:
Experience in managing multiple programs with differing contract requirements Experience as clinicaldirectororseniorleadership is preferred Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or counseling is required. Licensure as a LPHA (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT), within 12 months Valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, and current proof of automobile insurance is required.
Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000, depending on education, experience, and licensure
