The Field Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility maintenance department. This position is responsible for administrative task supporting the field Tech team, and serving as a liaison between maintenance staff, management, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day maintenance administrative tasks
Manage refrigerant logs tracking process
P-card support
Monitor weather conditions and report to FM groups of impacting events
Track Tech training
Support with managing fleet vehicles, tracking inventory and repairs
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary
Assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment
Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics
Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist in training new maintenance staff on procedures and systems
Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities

Requirements:
Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in maintenance coordination or similar role
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
Certification in Facilities Management
Experience with energy management and sustainability practices
Knowledge of budgeting and cost control in maintenance operations
