Strategic Leadership:
Spearhead the development of comprehensive sourcing and procurement solutions for assigned division. Oversee the seamless transition and implementation of sold solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Cultivate and manage a team of skilled professionals, fostering their growth and maximizing their potential. Solution Architecture: Leverage deep industry knowledge to design cutting-edge sourcing strategies and supplier relationship frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic, end-to-end solutions that address complex client needs. Innovate new programs and processes that enhance JLL's competitive edge and deliver tangible client benefits. Client Engagement and Risk Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on sourcing strategies and program management. Implement robust risk management protocols during sales and mobilization phases. Liaise with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate potential issues. Team Development and Performance Management: Recruit, train, and mentor high-caliber talent within the Sourcing & Procurement Solutions team. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Stakeholder Management: Engage and leverage the Sourcing & Procurement Platform and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive sourcing programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients to ensure alignment and success. Business Development Support: Contribute strategic insights to the sales process, helping to secure new business opportunities. Prioritize and allocate resources effectively based on the new business pipeline. | |
