Exciting opportunity: Guest Service Agent at the prestigious Richmond, VA campus!

Join JLL's Experience Services team as a Guest Service Agent, where you'll create lasting value through exceptional client experiences. This role combines your passion for service, people skills, and enthusiasm for hospitality in a dynamic workplace environment.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client experiences through engagement and proactive communication
Enhance partnerships between JLL, service partners, and clients
Execute and elevate the experience program on-site
Develop personal and professional skills in a client-facing role

Be part of setting the standard for superior workplace experiences at JLL.
Here is some of what you will do:
Perform functions for the following programs: temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms.
Assist with site events in coordination with the conference services team and admins.
Facilitate mail and package services.
Escalate problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Submit work orders through appropriate channels.
Work collaboratively with other service lines.
Assist with projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce cost, mitigate risk and create value for our Client and JLL.
Perform additional job duties, as requested.

Here is who we are looking for:
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1+ years of experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or operations
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy

Preferred
Knowledge of commercial real estate
Proficiency with Google Suite

Schedule: Monday & Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. with flexibility needed based on business needs.
Pay $17.50/HR
