Our Team is a group of hard working professionals who are passionate about our vehicles and being Number 1 in customer service. We offer an excellent benefit package, a generous pay plan with base salary + commissions + bonuses, as well as a friendly and fun atmosphere!

We have non-typical work hours that include a five day work week and we close at 6:00PM Monday-Friday and 5:00PM on Saturday's. We also offer a very robust paid time off policy for new team members that increases to five weeks over time.

Job Purpose: Support the process of satisfying customer demands by providing vehicles to customers that will exceed their expectations. The Manager will: 1) develop and manage a highly professional and productive sales team; 2) maximize sales revenue and profit; and 3) maintain excellent business relations with customers to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction; and 4) Manage the new inventory by: ensuring our turn rates are above the area rate. Properly merchandising our showroom. Ensuring the proper display of new cars in front of the showroom. Manage deliveries of new cars that have arrived with our finance team.

Job Requirements:



  • Ability to effectively manage all areas of department, including motivating, coaching and counseling employees.
  • Experience with internet and retail tools: V-Auto, AutoTrader, Eleads, and DealerBuilt
  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Understanding and implementation of federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Ensure that employees understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Job Requirements



  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • History of previous sales experience
  • Experience of 2 - 3 years in the field of automobile sales management is an added advantage

  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Assertive personality and strong drive for success
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
