Responsibilities Position reports to the Manager, Pediatric Services or designee Provide interventions to reduce stress and promote healthy coping with the hospital experience by focusing on the emotional, cognitive and developmental needs of children and their families in the health care setting. Mentor hospital staff to the psychosocial needs of children and their families to foster a positive hospital-community relationship. Qualifications
