Sales Operations Analyst - Sales Analysis & Storytelling

Do you love using data to tell insightful stories that help drive sales growth? If so, please consider applying for this role. We are seeking an analyst to join our team to support the process of translating sales programs, results, metrics, insights, market intelligence, business plans, and wins into visually compelling stories for use with various executive audiences and stakeholder groups. This role will be responsible for executing processes to regularly mine numerous data sources to then provide global, data-centric insights to help drive sales growth. Primary focus will be centered on the JLL WD and JLLT sales teams & processes. This role will report to the Senior Director - Sales Analysis & Storytelling.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
With guidance from manager, proactively evaluate, review and mine sales-related data sources in order to surface strategic insights. Help create compelling fact-based stories around these insights. Package & present the stories in high-quality presentations to senior leaders to inform growth plans and strategies.
Support high-priority analysis projects as defined via monthly leader prioritization process. Conduct analysis around hypothesis and build contribute to compelling fact-based stories & recommendations regarding these analysis priorities.
Create infographics and develop interactive data visualizations to effectively communicate complex insights and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
Gather relevant insights and data to support and enhance impact of strategic presentations.
Help conduct iterative, proactive, regular feedback sessions related to analysis, stories and presentations. Be comfortable with feedback and numerous iterations.
Build and maintain an easily accessible repository of past analysis, stories and presentations for future access and reference.
Be knowledgeable about and ensure utilization of existing JLL design standards and presentation design templates.
Role Requirements:
2 - 4 years experience and proven track record of success in analyzing sales-related data to create compelling stories and presentations that help drive sales growth.
Attention to detail and proven ability to turn complex data & messages into engaging, insightful visuals.
Familiarity with commercial real estate industry, commercial real estate technology and market dynamics is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desire and comfort with quick iterations, receiving feedback from multiple sources, making updates and iterating again.
