| Description Work Location: Sunnyvale, Deer Park, Cibolo or Corpus Christi TX  The Project Manager has technical and project accountability for the delivery of customer rental solutions using technical knowledge, project management, and collaboration across multiple business units with a focus on delivering high customer value. This position may work in conjunction with sales teams, project managers, technicians, engineers, design teams and end customers and may include commissioning or project execution oversight. Additional responsibilities include attending project kickoff and safety meetings, providing technical and design support to internal and external customers on projects, on-site startup/decommissioning execution and checklists, audit reports, and calculations. Essential Functions: 
  
 Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionProvides detailed technical knowledge or advice and consultation to the Sales team on the technical component of bids and/or scope of supply on rental solutions to end customers including jobsite walks with sales and end customers.Reviews, tracks, and coordinates projects through all phases to completion, ensuring that quality standards, customer satisfaction and company profitability are maintained Supports operations branches with on the job coaching or instruction to further technical competence and development of local techniciansActs as a subject matter expert to provide technical advice for specialty rental equipment to support the continuous growth and success of the specialty rental business sales and operations teamsWorks safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assigned
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  
 Advanced knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, and Shoring; possesses an understanding of diesel equipment, generators, and air compressorsExperience with and comprehension of VFDs, VSDs, soft starts, and "across the line" motor starting preferredFactory diesel, generator, compressor, HVAC trainingAble to read and understand electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic flow schematics with ability to produce hand drafted schematic modificationsAdvanced technical knowledge of propane/natural gas appliances, equipment, and plant operationsAdvanced knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenanceKnowledge and proficiency with current computer software, related hardware, and machine electronic systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConsulting and influencing abilitiesAbility to follow logical troubleshooting proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and equipment used in mechanical repair & overhead craneAbility to operate a conventional forkliftAbility to operate the controls of a machine or a vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positionsAbility to be self-starting and self-motivatedAbility to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objectsAbility to read, write, and understand informationAbility to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentence 
 Education and Experience: 
  
 High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma preferredFive to eight years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
 Supervisory Responsibilities:This position provides support and oversight for rental solution projects which may include guidance and direction of other employees as it relates to a specific project or deliverables. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
 Travel: 
  
 Up to 60% travel, to include overnightValid driver's license
