Description

  1. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize the designated textile process to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  2. Equipment Settings: Develop and document standard machine settings for each product to ensure the final product meets customer fitness for use standards.
  3. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or challenges related to the designated textile process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the designated textile process, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and research, to drive successful implementation of process improvements.
  7. Training: Provide training to production staff on the designated textile process, ensuring that team members are well-versed in the latest techniques and technologies
