DevOps Engineer/Solution Architect - Annapolis Junction, MD - TS/SCI Information Technology

DevOps Engineer/Solution Architect needed for a long-term contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.

*Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required*

Key Responsibilities:

* Create Ansible playbooks

* Use gitlab to collaborate with other engineers

* Build and create automation for Kubernetes clusters

* Create API integrations as required

* Configure network services on the system

* Build Kickstart profiles

* Configure OpenManage Enterprise

* Write custom Ansible modules as required to include extending Dell's existing Ansible capabilities

* Perform full stack development

* Implement STIG/FIPs

Qualifications/Skills:

* TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly

* Ansible

* GitLab

* Kubernetes (or variation - OpenShift etc). We are mainly concerned with your ability to deploy it and less day-to-day admin tasks. If you can display that you understand what it is, generally how it works, and have a strong understanding of containers then you meet this requirement

* Python programming background

* Strong understanding of how to consume REST APIs

* Networking - we don't need you to be a network engineer but you must understand things like how IP networking works, DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc

* Kickstart/PXE booting - general knowledge
