Job Overview:

Leads and oversees all aspects of projects from initiation to completion

Ensures projects meet objectives within specified time, budget, and quality constraints

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Create project budget and work with client to gain all necessary approvals

Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Manage project budget, including cost estimations, tracking, and reporting

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Report project status to management and stakeholders

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Evaluate and assess results with stakeholders

Communication:

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and consistently

Quality Management:

Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet organizational standards

Develop and manage quality control processes

Procurement:

Participate in client procurement processes, providing vendor suggestions and detailed bid documents

Change Management:

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

Continuous Improvement:

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a project manager - 3-5 years experience preferred

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Decision-making and critical thinking skills

Time management and organizational skills

Risk management expertise

Adaptability and flexibility
