Here is some of your day: Demonstrates a proactive approach to facility management and event support, anticipating issues and implementing preventive measures Assumes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and safety Exhibits strong command and control capabilities, effectively managing staff and resources Possesses extensive experience in overseeing complex facilities and coordinating multiple service providers Develops and implements strategic plans to optimize facility performance and reduce operational costs Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards Leads and motivates a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Utilizes data-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability Manages budgets effectively, balancing cost control with maintaining high-quality standards Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership Provide strategic leadership property portfolio management and operations Develop and manage facilities and events staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Oversee budget planning, financial management, and cost-effective solutions for all facilities and operations Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and JLL audit requirements Develop and execute long-term facility maintenance and improvement plans Oversee and optimize RM/PM programs Ensure the development, management and review of all key data points Leverage technology and data to optimize operations, reporting, and sustainability initiatives Oversee and mentor team to effectively manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations Act as SME for all vendor SOWs and LL lease information Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources for seamless facility and event operations Conduct regular property assessments and implement improvements Conduct regular process and system assessments and implement improvements Meet or exceed key performance indicators and client satisfaction goals Act as the main point of contact for escalations within the region Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) elements Partner with Global Account Director and Global Operations Manager in strategic planning and execution Interface with client property customers as JLL's representative Support implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives Oversee appropriate reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual) for the client Collaborate with sourcing to maximize utilization of preferred vendors/contractors Here is who we are looking for: Required 10+ years of facilities or property management experience managing multiple facilities and geographically dispersed teams. Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electricity, telecommunications, and building systems Proven success in managing FM services, event support, and multiple facilities Experience in expense management, capital planning, and lease management Data analysis, budgeting, and variances experience Technology proficiency (Microsoft & Google), including CAFM/CMMS systems Preferred Bachelor's degree Knowledge of events management Experience with Class A buildings Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift, flexibility needed based on facility needs, and on-call required 24/7 for emergencies. Pay $160,000 - 170,000 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary. |
