We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

The Document Cloud Generative AI Initiative is revolutionizing how people engage with, synthesize, and share knowledge. You will be at the center of the action bringing together the many teams that are part of the GenAI initiative to deliver a single cohesive release. This is an opportunity for a seasoned operational leader to make a huge impact in one of Adobe's most visible innovation projects.

Bottom Line: You personify Adobe's core value of "Own the Outcome" as you continuously deliver groundbreaking Generative AI capabilities within one of our rapidly growing business divisions. You thrive in dynamic settings, adeptly transforming strategic plans into tangible achievements. You possess a remarkable talent for forging alliances and can exert influence across all levels of the organization. You have a rare combination of discernment, business insight, and technical proficiency. Your unparalleled ability to bring order to complexity and your unwavering resolve to tackle any obstacle make you an invaluable asset.

What you'll do:
  • Take charge of the GenAI portfolio of releases, collaborating with teams across multiple products, AI engineering and services, marketing, design, PR, legal, field, and various other collaborators.
  • Understand the entire solution, its dependencies, and impacts to ensure smooth product delivery for each achievement.
  • Maintain a deep end-to-end understanding of the teams and processes involved in marketing and monetizing the GenAI features, ensuring the Go-to-Market is seamlessly synced with product release.
  • Effectively engage and influence people at all levels within the organization, maintaining open lines of communication with collaborating teams, customers, and executives.
  • Keep contributing teams unblocked by rapidly moving to resolve any issues that have the potential to impact the overall schedule.
  • Pose specific questions to each team to identify and address any assumptions or gaps in a complex plan involving multiple teams.
  • Define and drive the processes the GenAI Initiative will use to coordinate, communicate, and resolve cross-team issues.
  • Regularly inspect what is going well and what is not in order to adapt the process.
  • Collaborate with leaders from various teams to implement the overall plan effectively.
What you will need to succeed:
  • You have insatiable curiosity. You recognize which issues are critical and don't let them go until they are solved. You ask lots of probing questions and don't stop until you are satisfied that all the bases are covered. You love finding out how things work and identifying the gaps that naturally occur between teams in fast-paced and intricate projects.
  • You are the source of truth. Your colleagues seek you out for your deep knowledge and connections.
  • You have a relentless positive attitude that rubs off on those around you. Gaps and issues WILL occur, and it is far less important to affix responsibility than it is to remedy the situation. You uncover those gaps, make sure they get accounted for, and do so with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You are not afraid of what you don't already know. You actively take on issues to unblock teams for which you may not have any prior context. You excel at quickly finding out who you need to talk to across all levels of Adobe's org structure, seeking them out, and driving resolution.
  • You have a clear bias for action. You hold everyone around you accountable to close on decisions quickly using their best available information rather than waiting to develop a perfect understanding of the problem.
  • You recognize that your responsibilities go beyond your team. At times, you will be required to delve into the specifics. You have a knack for handling this with tact, forming partnerships with customers, and facilitating the growth of each team.
  • You eagerly color outside the lines! Being a great Program Manager often demands dealing with things that are not part of this job description. You excel at developing new and creative approaches to solve whatever issues come up.
