As the Channel Producer Lead - Podcasts at Capital Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Capital Group's podcasting initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing engaging podcast content that connects with our internal and external audiences, both in the U.S. and globally. You will leverage your storytelling skills and technical expertise to produce podcasts in various formats, ensuring they resonate with our diverse audiences and align with our brand's voice.

  • Your role will involve the end-to-end production of podcasts, from conceptualizing themes to recording, editing, and distributing content across various platforms.

  • You will drive the creative strategy for our podcast series, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless production process and engaging content creation.

  • Your responsibilities include crafting narratives that align with key business topics and delivering content that captivates our varied audience segments.

  • You will manage the podcast production schedule, overseeing new series developments and taking full ownership from concept to completion and post-release analysis.

  • Your role entails developing podcast content strategies and recommendations, building production plans, and utilizing innovative approaches to storytelling to drive listener engagement and brand loyalty.

  • You will regularly monitor podcast performance, gather audience feedback to inform future episodes, stay abreast of industry trends, ensure brand consistency, and develop best practices for knowledge sharing within the organization.

  • You will hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with further qualifications in Audio Engineering or Digital Media being highly beneficial.

  • Your background includes at least 4 years of experience in podcast production or related media roles, preferably with experience in producing content for diverse audiences.

  • You are skilled in audio and video production, with strong technical abilities in editing software, sound design, and the ability to create compelling multimedia narratives.

  • Your soft skills include creative vision, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit that fosters innovation and audience connection.

  • You stay up to date with the latest trends in podcasting, have the ability to drive creative content strategies, and maintain best practices with a keen eye for detail.

  • Your role will involve leading podcast projects, tailoring content for diverse audiences, and serving as the central point of contact for content stakeholders.

  • An understanding of the financial services sector or experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
