As an Early Career Program Manager, you will lead and develop a team of associates who are completing a series of rotations to develop business and sales acumen as well as a team of Internal Wealth Generalists who are building sales acumen and helping support sales activity. You will provide regular coaching, assessment, and development to associates, including summer interns. You will collaborate on the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy for current and future associates.

  • You have experience developing associates participating in early career programs.

  • You have previously worked on recruitment strategy and execution by participating in an interview and selection process.

  • You have experience developing sales associates by conducting 1:1 meeting, team building activities and developmental sessions.

  • You have experience working in partnership with senior management to select, develop and maintain effective teams.

  • You enjoy creating workflow efficiencies, leading projects and always having a continuous improvement mindset.

  • You must hold the SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 to be able to apply

  • You must hold or obtain the Series 24 within 60 days of employment.

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $91,047-$145,675

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
