As an Early Career Program Manager, you will lead and develop a team of associates who are completing a series of rotations to develop business and sales acumen as well as a team of Internal Wealth Generalists who are building sales acumen and helping support sales activity. You will provide regular coaching, assessment, and development to associates, including summer interns. You will collaborate on the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy for current and future associates. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
Deadline to apply: 10/18/24 Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $91,047-$145,675In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
