Job Description: Seeking Clinical Nurse Coordinator! Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit Benefit Eligible Job Duties: In this role, the Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the department Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services of the unit. Collaborates with Quality Manager to support quality initiatives and performance improvement activities. About the Unit: The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise. Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing program with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Current Indiana or compact state RN license. BLS for Healthcare Provider required. At least one (1) year of nursing experience required. Experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor preferred. Quality Improvement/Data Analysis experience preferred.
