Position title: Education Pathways: Part-Time UNEX Instructor Salary range:
A reasonable salary range for this position is $1,000 to $3,500 per course. The budgeted salary for this position is $2,250 for each 2.0 unit course. Additional compensation may be provided for course development. Anticipated start:

All UNEX Part-Time Instructors are issued a 5-year Instructional Service Agreement (ISAs). ISAs allow instructors to remain active and eligible for future course contracts within that duration. Courses may be offered in academic credit and non-credit options. Examples of Closely Related Fields:
In addition to teaching the course(s), the instructor is responsible for creating/updating a syllabus, holding weekly office hours (2 hours/week), and grading examinations and/or papers. Academic Year: 8/1/2024 - 7/31/2025 UC Merced Extension anticipates hiring multiple part-time instructors for the courses listed above throughout the academic year based on the course sections scheduled and/or planned.
