As our Business Development Management Healthcare , you'll support HID's successby:



  • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare organizations, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable Physical Access Control solutions
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, this involves creating compelling value propositions for healthcare clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the Physical Access Control products, including mobile credentials, and staying updated on industry advancements to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of products and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Market Expansion: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for market expansion, which may involve exploring new geographical areas or additional segments within the healthcare sector.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and making adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Education: Providing education and training to healthcare clients on the features, installation, and maintenance of Physical Access Control products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standard.

  • Clear understanding and expertise with the end user corporate culture, environment, and decision process within the Healthcare vertical.
  • Complete understanding of how HID products fit within the Healthcare vertical market.
  • Understanding of consultant community requirements and tools related to this vertical.
  • Effective communications skills with end-user corporate management and executive personnel.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) and the authentication market to support the role of an End- User Sales Team
  • Understanding of HID Global sales development ecosystem: Business segments with focus on PACS (Physical Access Control Solutions), channel rationalization, sales process, HID road map in PACS.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.



YourExperienceand Education include:



  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry with emphasis in physical access control
  • 2+ years of experience as business development channel/end-user in a healthcare vertical.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve common business objectives.
  • Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the company operates, knowledge of market trends, competitors, and relevant business factors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and trends, make informed decisions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience sales in the North America market is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions. Openness to acquiring new skills and knowledge in the business development domain.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Polished Business Acument.
