TheRCA Admin Assistant collaborates with the program team in IRC's Dallas office to meet internal administrative needs. They will assist with administrative duties such as assisting with scanning and uploading documents, preparing intake documents, contacting clients for follow-up, completing monthly income verification and case noting. This is an unpaid position
Responsibilities: Assist with preparing, scanning and uploading RCA intake forms. Assist with RCA casefile reviews and case closures. Assist with contacting RCA clients for follow-up. Assist with collecting paystubs from RCA clients and completing monthly income verifications. Assist with completing case notes in IRC Client's database ETO and TXOR's database ClientTrack. Other duties as assigned. Job requirements: Excellent computer skills are required, especially MS Excel Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions fully and precisely are essential Ability to quickly learn information systems including ETO and ClientTrack Solid organizational skills: work productively and accurately while under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment Excellent communications skills, including English fluency (written and verbal). Bilingual in IRC client's preferred languages is highly desired. Flexible work attitude: ability to work in a team and independently, and meet unexpected demands Experience with ETO and ClientTrack systems is a plus Experience with Office of Refugee Resettlement funded programs is a plus
