Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Pay: We offer a competitive starting pay of $18.25 per hour. Upon graduation from the program, pay would increase based on the Medical Assistant pay grade and may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Learn more about our Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program Learn more about the Medical Assistant Apprentice Program Education: Minimum - H.S. Diploma or equivalent Formal acceptance into the UW Health Medical or Nursing Assistant Clinical Apprentice Program. Work Experience: Minimum - One year of prior work experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - CPR/BLS certification through the AHA must be obtained within 4 months of the apprenticeship start date. Course will be offered as part of the training.
