Job Title: FVP & Business Development Manager

Department: Santa Clara

We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for marketing products and services to new and existing relationships with the Bank, developing marketing plans, maintaining pipeline of clients, and visiting existing and target businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and sales for deposit and loan products and services.
  • Manage a portfolio of relationships evaluating activity and follow-up on requests for new products and services.
  • Manage and update client portfolio profiles, working with branch and lending staff to obtain all required documents and enhanced due diligence as required or requested.
  • Continually develop enhanced pipeline reports ensuring portfolio growth.
  • Keep informed of bank products and services, policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to your function.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years experience in banking and/or lending, or marketing/sales.
  • Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the deposit operation and lending functions.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
