Position Summary

The Donor Services Manager will manage gift processing and customer service teams that support donation processing and the constituent experience.

Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide guidance and coaching to Gift Processing staff members.
  • Delegate batch data entry activities among members of the Gift Processing team.
  • Review data entry batches for accurate processing.
  • Communicate with chapter staff and internal departments to investigate transactions with incomplete data to ensure proper revenue allocation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure proper adherence to established business rules.
  • Configure external data from various sources for entry into donor databases.
  • Lead the development and documentation of department procedures for proper revenue allocation.
  • Enter transactional data into donor databases by manual and automated processes.


Qualifications



  • High School diploma required. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 4+ years of professional experience required. Prior supervisory experience a plus.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Working knowledge of relational database systems
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Experience with Donor Database preferred.
  • Experience with Luminate Online
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially with MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
