As a Solution Engineer Manager, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of new technology features, while maintaining and operating the ServiceNow solution platform, xMatters, ATM, and other related applications supporting internal IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and implement capabilities that enhance the business value proposition of the application platform and improve the user experience.

You have a:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams to implement and support enterprise-class technology solutions.

  • Strategic leadership experience with ServiceNow or related enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably with ITSM (IT Service Management) capabilities.

  • Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering continuous development and performance management.

  • Solid understanding of the SDLC with experience developing a Product, and Product Team mindset

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, influencing them to prioritize delivery efforts.

  • Experience in strategic partner management, working towards shared outcomes with clear accountabilities, standards, and metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach to resonate with a diverse audience.

  • Proficiency in navigating and leading through significant change.

  • Lead and manage a team of Solution Engineers and Partner Onshore/Offshore Developers.

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow and related solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize ServiceNow projects and enhancements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

  • Partner with Solution Engineer Lead on the product strategy, roadmap, solution architecture & complex requirements, exploring and prototyping new ServiceNow capabilities to meet business demand and improve platform experience

  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure the platform remains relevant and updated

Southern California Base Salary Range: $166,551-$266,482 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $136,918-$219,069 New York Base Salary Range: $176,553-$282,485

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
