JHCP is looking for aRegistered Nurse (RN)to provide high quality care to patients at ourInternal Medicine practice at Sibley DC. We are on the lookout for a dedicated nurse to join our team. Be part of a patient & family centered, collaborative work environment. As a RN here, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top- notch care and support to our clinic. Employs the nursing process to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care. Responds to incoming patient calls, and MyChart messages requiring triage of urgent symptoms. Provides patient education for acute and chronic medical conditions. Supports the practice as needed for regulatory and operational issues. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.

Our Clinic specialty is Internal Medicine

Work schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week- 8-hour day shifts- Monday- Friday. No evenings/nights, weekends or holidays. A great schedule to balance work & family.

Location: Sibley Memorial Hospital in Building A

Who Should Apply:




  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in VA required. Licensure in MD and DC as well is a plus.
  • Associates' Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
  • AHA CPR card
  • Two plus years RN experience preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in ambulatory and/or acute care setting.

Salary Range: Minimum $36.31 per hour - Maximum $56.28 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
