What you will do:

• Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts.
• Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly.
• Uses a computer for assembly drawings.
• Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station. Performs 5S procedures.
• Takes part in the training process for all new team members.
• Provides input regarding the performance of new team members.
• Participates with other team members on safety, process, and quality improvement teams.
• Works with team members, supervisors, and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
