As a Data Engineer with an agile mindset, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale, critical, and complex data architectures and pipelines. You will build enterprise-wide distributed data processing systems, optimizing both computational and storage efficiencies on cloud platforms, wielding the very latest in technological advancements available. Your contributions will have a direct impact to the investment decisions that affect millions of people who trust Capital Group to manage their portfolios, and their futures. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
