Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for a Crater/Shipper Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. As a Crater/Shipper Specialist, you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound machined parts.

Hours: 8:30-5p. Must be flexible with overtime before and after if required.

Work You'll Do:
* Load and unload trucks with forklifts (forklift operation daily)
* Build customized crates according to part specifications. (Daily)
* Uncrate and unpackage product and stage to designated location. (Daily)
* Utilize pneumatic tools, radial chop saw, crow bars, impact drivers, etc. (Daily)
* Use overhead cranes to move large heavy and long items.
* Perform inventory checks and maintain consumable inventory levels.
* Perform local delivery or pickups as needed.
* May deliver customer orders as needed by a company vehicle.
* Other duties as assigned

Team:
Reporting to the Operations Leader, this role will be part of Shipping and Operations team. Our team prides itself on being a small, family-like environment. We work hard and we have fun. Come join our family!

Basic Qualifications:
* Basic math, measuring, and computer skills.

* Forklift experience required

* Tape Measure reading experience required

* Class C license with a good driving record required.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* A team player with strong organizational skills.
* A positive mindset that seeks out efficiencies and optimizing standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
* Warehouse/shipping/receiving operations or light carpentry/woodworking knowledge/experience.
