Senior IT Business Analyst

1. Review business processes and identify opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency.
2. Document detailed business and functional requirements, including user stories and process maps.
3. Develop solutions and create design specifications for new products and product enhancements.
4. Work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and identify operational, financial, and technological risks.
5. Document capabilities needed to address business challenges.
6. Assist project managers on large, complex projects related to business functions. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus among stakeholders.
7. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
8. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

• Experience: 10+ years of IT Business Analyst experience as well as 5 years of Duck Creek software experience.
• Technical Know-How: Expertise in system analysis, data flow mapping, and understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Analytical Mindset: You think in flows, logic, and processes. You're obsessed with finding efficient solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: You're a master at working with both tech teams and business stakeholders, and you speak both languages fluently.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and a love for learning the latest in IT trends.
