This type of position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Treasury Management. We will provide you training and coaching throughout your onboarding experience, as well as on the job. As you demonstrate success, there will be opportunities for advancement within our organization. As a Treasury Management Regional Manager, you will generate new cash management business and expansion of existing business relationships, focusing on clients with annual revenues of $10MM and up, and develop a strategic and ongoing sales plan for your team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including utilizing knowledge of competition and industry best practices regarding appropriate treasury management products and services, educating relationship managers and other associates for the purpose of developing business, as the TMO Regional Manager you will be directly responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established clients and targeted prospective corporate clients, and work closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and Specialty lines of business in achieving specific service charge and deposit goals.

Additionally, you are expected to solidify client retention by providing a superior level of client service, assess client needs and recommends effective strategies; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of products or service solutions, and generate revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services. You will attain established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Your teams success and understanding their market and challenges and overcoming those challenges and instead identifying opportunities to increase the banks revenue driven by client need and overall treasury services is critical. Making sure you understand the Sales team pipeline and helping each associate manage and be accountable for production and follow through is important. Clear communication with the Treasury Management Director on deposit growth and providing regular feedback on the market, pipeline and client trends plays a huge role in the success of the team. Helping your team look for operating and cross sell opportunities and ensuring a close partnership with the RMs, Business Banking Officers and clients will determine success. Leading your team with positivity and creativity and helping each strong performers continued development and advancement is key to the team's success.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

As a leader you will operate as an effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently and working within established guidelines.

You should be an active participant in maintaining guidelines and established policies as you work with and for the benefit of the Treasury Sales team at NBH.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.



  • High School Education or equivalent
  • 5+ years in banking or relevant job experience
  • A passion for providing outstanding client service and the ability to teach others to do the same.
  • Ability to perform within a complex, multi-functional technical environment.
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation



Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with bank call center/client servicing
  • 5+ years in Treasury Management or Equivalent bank roles
  • Banking Center or previous Treasury Management experience preferred
