Job Summary: Day-to-day project support with opportunities for high-profile pharmaceutical client with a focus on oncology. Work with energized teams and engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaboration Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward Potential priority areas of focus will be on brand communications, disease pipeline or other high profile data announcements surrounding major congresses, initiation of corporate brand communications, planning and execution of multifaceted patient and advocacy engagement campaigns. This will include liaising with clients, brand/review teams, and external thought leaders to help inform brand communications program and positioning, and of course corresponding resource materials (press releases, creative assets, etc.) Manage timelines, calendars and overall account support materials Manage budgets and monthly billing processes Develop action plans and help with team operations Job Requirements 6-8 years of experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry (agency experience is preferred), and a bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or a related field Experience/interest in oncology is preferred, but not required; candidate must have interest in scientific and data/regulatory communications and patient work Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment This candidate must have strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planning. Strong writing, organization, logistics, collaboration, and oral communications skills are critical.
