We are seeking an HR Compliance Analyst who will lead and manage HR projects within the organization, with a primary focus of support on M&A and HR compliance related projects. Under general supervision, this individual will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and aligning project objectives with company goals following project management best practices. Location: Hybrid, Plymouth MN

What you will do:



  • In collaboration with leadership, define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements, determine resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, action steps, facilitate project status meetings as well as develop and deliver project status reports to key stakeholders
  • Conduct HR due diligence for assigned M&A targets including the review, analysis and comparison of company policies, HR related programs, and compliance related items (e.g. FLSA, AAP, I-9, etc.)
  • Partner closely with HR Partners, HR functional leadership, Finance, Legal and M&A team to ensure HR related risks are identified and provide support in development of mitigation plans to ensure successful integration
  • Research background information, regulations, and analyze data in preparation for the planning and execution of compliance related projects and M&A activities
  • Provide support as needed on integration related projects and activities

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in Human Resurces including managing various HR and compliance-related projects


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ Years of M&A HR due diligence and integration experience
