What you will do:

• Provides more advanced first and second line analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users.
• Supports and administers complex client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructure components
• Provides project management or participates in project implementations of client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure.
• Responsible in taking system inventories and building documentation client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure.
• Assists in the administration of a large complex group of infrastructure components.
• Works closely with Infrastructure Specialists to resolve complex issues affecting desktop applications and operations.
• Initiates new responsibilities and help to plan for the future of client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructure
• May direct tasks of more junior team members.
• Evaluates and may recommend purchases of solutions.
• May participate in on-call duties on a weekly rotational basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years experience
• Experience with IT support in a manufacturing facility.
