Facilities Coordinator

Support the Facility Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop relationships with key representatives in supporting client's corporate real estate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and projects with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance, and excellent customer service.
Support the implementation of facility improvement initiatives and sustainability practices.
Manage and maintain facility-related documentation, records, and databases, including intranet hub sites when required.
Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures, and performance measuresaremaintained at all times
Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works, and other work requests, tracking to completion.
Assist in managing vendor relationships and supplier performance evaluations.
Coordinate the delivery of site amenities which may include: fitness, food services, transportation, support moves as required and act as the site key point of contact
Provide coordination and support events, meeting, and conference facilities, as required.
Maintain emergency response plans including evacuation, implementation of after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety.

Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or related field.
1+ year of industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant
Excellent customer, computer, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems), local building codes, and regulations
Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
Proven accounting acumen, including purchase order and invoice management
Familiarity with technology solutions and tools for operations optimization.
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
