Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Pay range: $17.50-$20.40

Requirements

  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices;
  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions;
  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations;
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests;
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs;
  • Accomplishes department and organization objectivesby completing related results as needed;
  • Requires analytical ability to gather data, analyze budget reports, generate monthly reports, and interpret department policies and procedures;
  • Ability to plan, organize, complete, and manage programs in the most efficient manner.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

1-3 years experience ina similar work environment.

Interpersonal skills to communicate with groups of people from administrators and VIP's to public and outside vendors.

Ability to communicate effectively withvisitors, patients and hospital employees.
