Department: WCAS Mathematics

Applications are invited for the Research Training Grant Fellow at Northwestern University, in conjunction with the Department of Mathematics' NSF Research Training Group grant in Dynamics. The Research Training Grant Fellows are three-year, full-time, non-tenure-track positions beginning September 1, 2025, with a teaching load of three-quarter courses per year. Candidates should have met all requirements for a Ph.D. by September 1, 2025. Only US Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible for these positions. Candidates are invited in all areas of Dynamics.

Salary

The base pay range for this position is $76,491.

This base pay range is for a nine-month academic appointment, and does not include summer salary.

The salary offered to the selected candidate is determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
