Position Summary:




  • The Environmental Services Patient Experience Lead provides direct oversight of the High Profile Cleaning (HPC) program within the Environmental Services (EVS) department, which includes staff training and the certification process.
  • The HPC Lead is responsible for monitoring staff performance to ensure consistency and compliance with program standards.
  • In addition, the HPC Lead serves as the primary EVS department representative with patients and families to ensure the best possible experience- responsible for regularly interacting with patients to obtain feedback on the cleanliness of the hospital environment and to implement-real time service recovery strategies.



Shift:

Full-time, Day shift - (40 hrs per week)

7:00am - 3:30pm

Education:

High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required

Experience:




  • Minimum of three (3) years environmental services experience required.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Knowledge of patient experience strategies and methodologies preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality industry a plus.


Salary Range: Minimum 18.31 per hour - Maximum 30.24 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
