The hourly rate range for this position is $47.84 - $56.73. Minimum Education: Less than high school Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of both cable and hydraulic elevators. Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum work experience Minimum Skills: Thorough knowledge of city and state building codes and elevator codes. Familiar with major elevator manufacturers and equipment. Knowledge of all elevator mechanical functions. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Demonstrated communication skills.
