Working with the Sr. Director of Patient Safety and Quality and the Director of Performance Excellence, the Performance Excellence and Data Quality Program Manager will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement across the organization through the strategic application of performance improvement tools and frameworks, including Lean, Six Sigma, Human Centered Design, and the Baldrige Framework. The Manager will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including physicians, clinical staff, finance, administrative partners, and support staff to advance the work of performance improvement across Sibley. The Performance Excellence and Data Quality Program Manager will apply Program Management Expertise, Lean Six Sigma and other relevant process improvement methodologies to manage and drive operational improvements focused on eliminating waste and improving operational metrics throughout the continuum of care. This position will develop and deploy tools for process improvement to include lean production techniques, systems thinking, project management, change management and other improvement techniques as applicable to deliver rapid and measurable increases in efficiency, improvements in patient care and bottom-line business results. The Manager will partner with executives across the organization to identify strategic opportunities to drive improvement. Salary Range: Minimum 50.77 per hour - Maximum 88.84 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
