Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor is a core member of IRC in Denver's Health and Wellness department. They will directly oversee the Survivor of Torture program (also called the Survivor Wellness Center), and the Family Stabilization Services while also acting as the clinical point-person for IRC Denver. This position reports to the Health and Wellness Manager.

Under a grant awarded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), IRC in Denver provides holistic services to support survivors and their families in their rehabilitation from torture. Services include in-house case management, psychosocial support, and immigration legal services, as well as medical and mental health care through community partners. The SOT program also aims to enhance the community of care for survivors of torture through capacity building for service providers, policy makers and educational institutions. This includes ongoing service provider outreach and engagement efforts, as well as a multidisciplinary consortium that brings service providers together to learn, develop best practices, and provide peer consultation and support.
