In this role, you will manage the operations of the Captis Innovation Programs and provide member support. You will onboard and train new members in collaboration with supplier partners.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discussions with provider organizations, including executives, to promote engagement in Captis programs.

• Leverage strong influencing skills to drive decision-making among key stakeholders, including executives and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Captis initiatives and achieving program objectives.

• Research and interpret financial analysis and market trends and consult with subject matter experts to formulate strategic recommendations.

• Conduct ongoing program performance reporting and provide insights to leadership.

• Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders, including leadership, while providing appropriate resolutions and recommendations.

• Support the Member Engagement team in monitoring and communicating opportunities that are part of the Captis membership requirements.

• Present savings initiatives and contracting updates at engagement meetings.

• Develop, maintain, and mentor others to create strong relationships with suppliers, and internal and external customers across all product and service lines.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.

• Ability to identify insights from data and create actionable next steps required.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex reporting and processes required.

• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain practices preferred.

• Strong knowledge of data analytics with the ability to present findings using PowerPoint and Excel.

• Willingness to travel, preferred.
