Job Description

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Cash Management Team Leader, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Performs daily designated functions of Business Online Banking and such as:
  • Password Resets
  • Business Bill Pay enrollments
  • Business online banking self-registration process
  • RSA Token assignments and activations
  • Various Business mobile banking/mobile deposit topics
  • Assist with updating of procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines and risk assessments
  • Process all daily work as deemed necessary for Cash Management requests
  • Assist with Monthly Reporting of all Cash Management areas, including RDC, Wire, ACH and Online Banking systems.
  • Assist related departments and customer support as deemed necessary in all areas of cash management and third party processes such as:
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, questions and product functionality for Business Online, Wires, ACH, Positive Pay and RDC.
  • Assist Cash Management on special projects including the implementation of any products and services as well as establishing and maintaining procedures.
  • Compile information necessary for research and tracking of cash management customers' requests and issues.
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned.
  • Assist with auditing with Cash Management products on an annual basis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control, policies and procedures in day to day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
  • Gain a strong knowledge in products, policies and procedures.

Experience and Skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Banking experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of banking and NACHA Operating Rules preferred
