Requisition ID# 161122 Job Category: Accounting / Finance Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Gen Counsel, Ethics, Risk & Compliance Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The Corporate Secretary's Office (CSO) provides support and advice to the Boards of Directors of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (Utility) (together, PG&E), Board committees, and senior management on matters related to corporate governance, and provides corporate compliance, reporting, and shareholder services for the companies. Position Summary Administers and supports activities related to PG&E's Governance Operations, , subsidiary management, proxy processing, and annual shareholders meetings. The successful candidate will have experience in compliance, program reporting and metrics and ability to effectively collaborate and problem solve within cross-functional teams. The Corporate Governance Operations Analyst must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively and will have an opportunity to interact with senior officers and PG&E shareholders. The candidate must have excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with an emphasis on setting priorities, time management, and attention to detail. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
