Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Texas 8+ years of defense litigation Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client-facing experience preferred Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Legal project management experience is helpful First chair trial experience a plus Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions Communicate with clients and provide reports #LI-NK1 Why Should You Apply?
